[3/ 68] More forged ah?d?th that are widespread amongst people:

46 - ‘He whose Sal?t does not hinder him from doing Fahsh?’ and Munkar [any deed which is abominable], his Sal?t is invalid’.

This had?th is Munkar [denied] -as reported in “Silsilat Al-Ah?d?th Ad-Da‘?fah Wal Mawd?‘?h”, had?th no. (985).

47 - ‘Whoever his Sal?t deters him not from doing Fahsh?’ or Munkar, he would keep on moving away from All?h ( - عز وجل -) ’.

This had?th is a forged one - as reported in “Silsilat Al-Ah?d?th Ad-Da‘?fah Wal Mawd?‘?h”, had?th no. (2).

48 - ‘Those living near the mosque, their Sal?t will not be accepted unless it is done in it’.

This had?th is weak as reported in “Silsilat Al-Ah?d?th Ad-Da‘?fah Wal Mawd?‘?h” (no. 183). In his “Al-Mughn? ‘Anil Hifthi Wal Kit?b” (p. 271), Ab? Hafs Al-M?sil? said: ‘There is no affirmed had?th to have been said by the prophet ( - ) regarding this and so is the case with the had?th that states: ‘Whoever abandons the Friday Sal?t -whether the Im?m is a just one or a tyrant- his Sal?t is invalid and so is his Hajj’ and other similar ah?d?th.

49 - ‘Whoever abandons Sal?t, All?h ( - عز وجل -) will punish him with fifteen penalties: five in this life, three when one dies, three in the grave, three when getting out from the grave, ... etc.’.

This had?th is a forged one; fabricated by Muhammad Ibn ‘Al? Ibn Al-‘Abb?s Al-Baghd?d? Al-‘Att?r tracing it back to Ab? Bakr Ibn Ziy?d An-Nais?b?r? -as Ath-Thahab? stated in “Al-M?z?n” (vol. 3 / p. 653) and with whom Ibn Hajar agreed in “Lis?nul M?z?n” (vol. 5 / pp. 295 - 7) and said: ‘This had?th is apparently a forged one narrated by the Turuqiyyah’.

In his Fat?w? (vol. 1 / p. 97), Shaikh Ibn B?z said: ‘This had?th is totally forged -as Al-H?fith Ath-Thahab? stated in his “Al-M?z?n” and so did Al-H?fith Ibn Hajar in “Lis?nul M?z?n”.
