سؤال عن حكم شراء المسروقات من الكفار وعن حكم سرقتها

- To buy stolen things from Kuffar, or to steal ؟

Assalamo alaykom my dear brothers

I have 2 question, and theirs answers are important for me, there is ability that i earn millions of dollars, inshaAllah ... .

1. Is it allowed (halal) to buy stolen things (goods) which are stolen in kuffar coutry which has a military forces in muslims countries and kills muslims. Things (goods) are stolen by the kafir (disbeliever), and goods are stolen from the kafirs ... .

2. Is it allow to "steal" goods from kafirs in kuffar country described above ... .

It's very important for my to get quickly answer.The profit of earned many I will be spent fi sebilillah, inshaAllah.
