Abstract:

At a specific date, the public debt for a country is the sum of all public loans and the interest on these loans. Nowadays, Almost all-Islamic countries are suffering from the problem of debt increase. The main reasons are the existence of economic gaps in the domestic resources and the foreign exchange.
