Hejjaz was very revived in the twelfth century after Hijra . Beside that, the research directs the researchers' attention towards the biographies of Al-Hejjaz's men of knowledge who lived at that age and towards the preparation of the scientific books about Makkah city which is chosen as a capital city of Islamic culture during the year 1426 after Hijra. All these researches should suit the scientific position of Makkah city during the fifteenth century after Hijra .
